Who we are

Robbots is an rgw.co company, 767 Broadway, Suite 1367, New York, NY 10003. We set up and run AI agents for small businesses. You can contact us at hello@robbots.si.

This website

• We don't use cookies, forms or advertising trackers on this site.
• The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver and protect it, and may give us cookie-free, aggregate visitor statistics.
• Fonts and logos are served from our own server, not from third parties.

When you email us

Mail to hello@robbots.si is forwarded to our team mailbox. We use what you send (your name, email address and message) to reply and to discuss working together, and we keep it for as long as we need it for that.

When you are a client

When you connect your tools, our agents read and work with the data needed for the tasks you ask for, such as invoices, jobs, emails and calendar events. We use it only for that work. To deliver the service we use a small number of providers, such as hosting, Cloudflare, AI model providers (currently Anthropic) and Twilio for text messages. We'll give you the current list on request.

When our work together ends, or when you ask, we disconnect your tools and delete the client data we hold, unless we must keep something by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@robbots.si and we'll respond within one month. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
