These are short starter terms for the Robbots website and service. Work for a client is also covered by the proposal or agreement we send you, which takes priority if the two differ.

Who we are

The service

We set up and run AI agents that work in the business tools you choose to connect. What we do for you, and the fee, are set out in writing before we start.

Your part

• Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect, and keep your own sign-ins secure.
• Review what the agents prepare before you approve it. AI can make mistakes, and approved actions are your decision.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to send spam.

Our part

• We do the work with reasonable care and skill.
• We hold payments and emails to your customers for your approval, as described on our Security page.
• We keep your information confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy notice.

Third-party tools

The tools you connect are run by other companies under their own terms. We aren't responsible for their outages or changes, and we'll tell you if a change affects your work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending

Either of us can end the service with written notice, as set out in your agreement. When it ends, we disconnect your tools and delete your data as described in our Privacy notice.

The information on this site is general and may change. Product names and logos belong to their owners and don't imply endorsement or partnership.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
